SchoolPix is happy to offer any staff with children at your school the opportunity to take a photo with them. However, all family photos taken for staff must be paid for by the staff member, as it is not part of the staff complimentary offer.

What is included in the complimentary offer for staff?

SchoolPix provides each staff member with a complimentary sheet of individual portrait photos, their class group photo, and a staff group if taken.

What’s not included?

Additional photos are not included in the complimentary offer. Photos taken with school support animals or family photos taken with a staff member’s child or children need to be ordered.

All staff members need to do is place a “sibling” order before photography day on the parent portal using their child’s unique codes when they order individual photos.

If they don’t order prior to photography day, we will still take the photo for them, but they will need to call our Customer Care team to arrange payment by credit card on 1300 766 055.
