For a successful photo day, we recommend you be aware of the following:
The order flyers are personalised with a Unique ID number already matched to
each student. Students MUST receive the correct flyer, or they won’t be able to order.
Who Will Be Photographed?
- All students, individually as well as in their class group (if taken), whether an order has been placed or not.
- Only siblings that order.
Order At Our Parent Portal – www.schoolpix.com.au
Orders placed before midnight on photography day will receive a bonus 20x25cm black and white print with a bookmark (does not apply to sibling-only orders).
Free delivery to the school applies to orders placed online up to 5 working days after photography.
Parents who have lost their personalised codes can still place orders up to 5 working days after photography using our “Student Search” function. This process requires providing the student’s first and last name and birth date. It’s important to note that if the school hasn’t provided the date of birth in the data, this method will not work. This precaution is in place to maintain the privacy of the child, as only orders designated for delivery to the school can be placed without a code. This ensures that the wrong person cannot order photos and have them sent directly to the home address.
Orders placed after preorders cut off will incur a postage fee as orders will be sent directly to their nominated address.
As all orders are placed online, families do not need to return the order flyer to the school on photography day.
25% Family Discount
Families with three or more children at your school are entitled to a 25% discount, applicable to individual orders, after reaching a minimum spend of $54 per child. It will also apply to any sibling orders if eligible for the family discount. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
If your school has more than one campus, the discount will apply across all campuses. Check with your Account Manager if you’re unsure.
Sibling Photos (if taken with school photos)
All sibling orders must be placed online before 8 am on photography day. Only siblings who have ordered will be photographed.
Any staff wanting a family photo with their child/children are required to order a sibling photo using their eldest child’s personalised codes. (NB: This is not a complimentary product). There is more information about staff family photos here.
Sibling Photos On A Separate Day
Parents will receive a sibling order flyer two weeks before the scheduled photography if your school has chosen to provide sibling photos on a separate day later in the year. Orders must be placed at www.schoolpix.com.au before 8 am on the day of photography.
