Manual Data Collection

If your school does not use Wonde, we will email you approximately six weeks before photo day to request your student and staff lists needed to generate personalised order flyers.

The email includes an Excel template with clear instructions for completing it with accurate details such as students’ names, classes, ID numbers, and dates of birth. Please double-check all entries for accuracy before submission, as incomplete templates will be returned for revision. We cannot proceed with unfinalised information, which increases the risk of errors.

Using Wonde

If your school is integrated with Wonde and you have approved your connection to SchoolPix, we will automatically fetch your data five weeks before photography day. We will fetch it again one week before photography to check for new students, staff, or data changes. Any changes made within the week before photography will be dealt with after photography.
