Default Principal’s Message
Our class book has a page that includes a message from the Principal. This can either be our default message (2025 right) that is changed every year, or you can provide your own custom message.
Custom Principal’s Message
If you choose to provide your own message, we require it at least six weeks before photography so we have time to set it up in your school’s class book. If you don’t provide your custom message by the due date, your selection will change to a blank page featuring one of your school images.
If you have a custom message, we will email you six weeks before photography day, requesting that you provide it. The email will include the current year’s default message for your review. Additionally, we have provided links to the default messages for the previous years below, in case you wish to use one or incorporate parts of them into your custom message.
If you would like to use an existing default message exactly as it is, please email us at smile@schoolpix.com.au to let us know which one.
If you change the default messages, you must provide a custom message.
Please check the grammar and spelling carefully, as your custom message will be printed exactly as you provide it. SchoolPix will not be responsible for reprinting any class books due to errors on your part.
No Principal’s Message
Your page will be a school image if you don’t want to include a Principal’s Message in your class book.
Your custom Principal’s Message must be between 200-260 words to fit on the page.
NB: Dear student’s name and Principal’s name are automatically populated in our template and are not included in the word count.
