SchoolPix aims to complete all miscellaneous group photography on the same day/s that your school photographs are taken, as per your running order.
However, if there are any issues beyond our control, such as bad weather, we may not be able to complete them all. In such cases, we will return to finish the photography as soon as possible. Please note that if this occurs in term 1, completing the photography in the same term may not be possible.
Miscellaneous group photos are any group photo that is not a class group. These are often, but not limited to:
- School Captains
- House Captains
- Choirs
- Sports Teams
The number of miscellaneous groups that can be taken depends on the number of students in your school. We will capture one photo of each group at a single location. At SchoolPix, we have a “fair use policy” regarding the number of different group photos and locations requested by a school. Please note that our promotional photography fee will be applicable for additional photography.
All miscellaneous and whole school group photos will be available for purchase within your school community. If your school does not offer these photos for sale, a photography fee will be applied.

If a whole school group photo was taken on your school photography day, you will also receive an ordering slip with a generic school code that will allow the user access to the whole school group photo.
