When manually providing your staff and class lists in readiness for photo day, please provide all the details required to produce your school photos. Receiving the correct and complete information upfront will eliminate the need for follow-up questions.
To make it easier, we have created a template that you can download and use.
STAFF LIST
- Staff ID
- Title if required e.g. Mr, Mrs etc
- First name
- Last name
- Staff position/role
- Teachers class e.g. Prep A, Grade 4B, Year 1-2B
CLASS LISTS
- Student ID number
- First/given name to be PRINTED
- Last name
- Class/Grade
- Year Level
- Date of birth (so parents can access online ordering without a code).
To ensure a timely and efficient process, we request that you provide all the required information six weeks prior to photo day. By doing so, we will have ample time to create personalised order flyers, have them printed, and deliver them to you before the scheduled photography day. This will provide parents with enough time to budget and place their orders, resulting in a smoother experience for everyone involved.
