Sacrament refers to all religious ceremonies, e.g., confirmation, communion, eucharist, etc.
We offer Sacrament photography as an added service to the schools we photograph.
OUR PHOTOGRAPHY OFFER
We take both individual portraits and group photos at each ceremony to ensure we can offer the choice of photos families require. Sacrament photography offers several photographs of every participating child and their group. Extra photos, in church or with family members, are optional but can be taken when needed, time permitting. Families must present on the photography day before the ceremony to allow time to complete the photography.
Capturing both individual portraits and group photos at every ceremony is crucial to providing families with the range of images they desire.
There is no minimum number of candidates required to book.
PACKS
Parents will be able to select their favourite images from the gallery and order a single print, single digital image, or create their own pack.

OUR ORDERING PORTAL
Families can experience convenience at its best with our user-friendly Ordering Portal! They can easily navigate through their private online gallery, where they can effortlessly browse a range of photos featuring their child. They can pick their favourite images and explore our pack options, single prints, or digital files. All orders will be conveniently delivered to families at their nominated address, so there’s no need to worry about handling orders!
REGISTRATION AND ORDERING
On the day of photography, each child will receive a unique code that families can use to register. Registered families will receive a notification when the photos are available in their private online gallery.
Once the photos are ready to view, SchoolPix will send you a newsletter graphic to share with families who do not register to ensure they don’t miss out.
All orders must be placed through our Parent Portal at www.schoolpix.com.au/fm.
GROUP OR PORTRAIT-ONLY PHOTOGRAPHY
Our ordering portal does not support excluding either a group photo or a portrait photo, as it does not give your families the options they want. Speak to your Account Manager for more information and advice on how we can help.
PHOTOGRAPHY FEE
To cover the costs of our photography services for Sacraments, we require a minimum of $760 in sales. If the total sales fall short of this amount, a photography fee will be charged to cover the difference.
Your Account Manager can provide an estimate of the photography fee at the time of booking, but the cost will be adjusted to reflect the actual time once the job is complete.
Each day we photograph incurs a minimum sale requirement. For instance, if you schedule two Sacraments on separate days, the fee applies to each day. However, only one photography fee will be charged if you have two masses on the same day.
We will deduct any sales achieved before the close of the free delivery period from the photography fee charged to the school.
