SchoolPix uses Australia Post to deliver letters and parcels to schools, preschools and families. Larger items may be hand delivered or sent by courier.

Australia Post letter deliveries have changed

Since April 15, 2024, Australia Post has changed its estimated delivery timeframes for regular and priority letters. Please note that letters may be delivered earlier than the timeframes shown on their website as they make progressive delivery model changes across the country through to the end of 2025.

Priority letters, Express Post and parcels will continue to be delivered each business day.

Regular letter delivery frequency

Regular letters will now be delivered every second business day rather than every business day. For example, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the first week, then Tuesday and Thursday the next.
