When the miscellaneous photos are taken on the same day as the school photos, information on how to order will be included with each child’s pack, even if they haven’t placed an order for their school photo. Parents can only order using our online Parent Portal at www.schoolpix.com.au. Parents simply enter the codes in their child’s photo envelope to view the images and then order if they wish. Even if students don’t order school photos, they will still receive information on how to order miscellaneous photos.

Teachers are no longer required to hand out miscellaneous ordering slips to students when the miscellaneous photos are taken on the main photography day.

Spare slips with the generic school code will also be provided for those families that lose their personalised code slips. These can also be given to any families that are interested in purchasing a whole school group photo (if taken).

A 50% discount applies to the second and subsequent group photos once more than one group photo is ordered per family in a single transaction.

If a parent cannot access the internet and wants to purchase a photo without viewing it first, they can call our Customer Care Team on 1300 766 055, and they will assist them.

All miscellaneous and whole school group photos taken will be offered for sale to your school community. A photography fee will be charged if your school does not offer the photos for sale.
