If you have students who enrol after the order flyers have already been printed, don’t worry! We can provide additional order flyers and unique codes for these students to place their orders. The options available may depend on the number of new students and how much time we have before your photography day.
More Than Five Days Before Photography
If you are using Wonde for your data management solutions, you do not need to supply us with any new student information, as this will be updated to include any additional students 5 days before your photography day.
If your school is managing their data manually through the excel template and has new students or staff members joining after you’ve already given us the initial class lists, all you need to do is provide the information we need via email:
- Last Name
- Class
- Student ID
- Birth Date
- Family Code
Our data team will then generate the codes for the Parent Portal.
Less Than 5 Days Until Photography
As the photography session is just a few business days away, your database has been temporarily locked to allow us to prepare your paperwork. Please be reassured that we are committed to photographing ALL students on the scheduled day, even if they are not in our database.
The photographers can add new students on photo day. You will then need to advise parents to call our Customer Care team 3 days after photography to place any orders. That way, we can add any missed bonuses and waive any shipping fees that may apply.
Alternatively, families can still order on the Parent Portal, or you can provide the details of your new students after photography day. We can then generate their codes and email you a list once they have been processed in the database.
