When the ID cards are part of your main school job, a comprehensive spreadsheet containing data for all cards will be emailed to you as soon as they are shipped. However, for new or replacement cards ordered separately after photography, your Account Managers will manually extract relevant details and provide a separate spreadsheet specifically for those cards.

In both scenarios, the school receives the encoding information via email in a spreadsheet after the ID cards have been shipped. This allows for seamless integration into your systems.
