Our school photo templates often face challenges with accommodating long surnames. Some templates may automatically shrink the text to fit within the designated space to address this issue. While this approach ensures that the entire surname is visible, it can result in reduced legibility, making it difficult to read.
Schools may request a fix for this issue, but in many cases, the automatic shrinking feature is a limitation inherent in the template software. Adjusting the template to display longer surnames more clearly isn’t possible without compromising the smaller names.
