Invoices

We would prefer to be invoiced monthly for additional products.
If you would prefer to be invoiced for your additional products monthly instead of an invoice for each order (e.g., replacement ID cards), please contact your Account Manager, who will arrange this for you. 

I’ve received an invoice from SchoolPix. How long do I have to pay it?
If you have received an invoice from SchoolPix, we have 14-day trading terms.  This will be listed on your invoice. 

I’ve received an invoice from SchoolPix. Why didn’t the charge come from our commission?
If you have received an invoice from SchoolPix for additional products that were not deducted from your commission, it will be because the products were ordered after your job for the year had closed and the commission had been paid.  

To whom do I send the remittance advice?
Please forward a copy of the remittance to accounts@schoolpix.com.au 

We need the invoice sent to a different person other than our finance contact.
If you have a once-off change of contact person for a specific order, please let your Account Manager know the email address and ask them to add a note for finance.
