As part of the Account Check for your school photography, you will receive a
Product Summary report via email. This report will include a sample of your ID
card design. We will replicate the design from the ID card of the previous year,
with the only change being the updated expiry date.

Please check the design when you receive it and advise your Account
Manager of any changes (school logo, expiry date etc).

The design will be considered approved if we do not receive a request for any changes.

Any costs associated with reprinting the ID cards due to design changes not previously advised will be charged to the school.
