To ensure a smooth process when taking sibling photos, we have specific guidelines in place.

Sibling orders can only be placed online and should be added when ordering individual student portraits.

It is important to note that only siblings who have placed an order before photo day are guaranteed to be photographed. We take this order as pre-registration and plan photography times accordingly.

Additionally, students must attend your school to be included in a sibling photo.

Family/Sibling Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard cut-off time for sibling orders is 8 am on the scheduled photography day. However, for larger schools that require sibling photos to be taken prior to school, the cut-off time is adjusted to 6 am. If your school has multiple photography days, please inform us in advance which day sibling photos will be taken or discuss it with your Account Manager. It is also essential to communicate this information to your families so they are aware of the designated day for sibling photos.

Siblings Who Present Without an Order

If students present for a sibling photo without placing an order beforehand, we will do our best to accommodate. If time permits, we’ll gladly capture the moment once all siblings with existing orders have been photographed.

Please note: Orders for sibling photos cannot be placed through the Parent Portal after photography day.

Siblings who have presented without pre-registering will receive instructions to take home regarding the process of ordering their photo. If parents need further assistance in making a purchase, they should contact our Customer Care team.

Siblings on a Separate Day

If sibling photos are scheduled on a separate day, more than two weeks after the main photography day, families will receive a separate personalised sibling order flyer. This ensures that the delivery of individual orders is not delayed and allows for efficient processing.

Staff Family Photos

If any staff want a family photo with their child/children, they are required to order a sibling photo using their eldest child’s personalised codes during the ordering process.

The staff family photo is not a complimentary product and needs to be pre-ordered and paid for by the staff member.

Family Discount

Families with 3 or more children receive a 25% discount which applies to individual orders once a minimum spend of $56 for each child is achieved. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
