Digital Images

SchoolPix provides a link via email to download the digital files. They can be used for any purpose the school requires.

The link will be emailed once the orders for photos taken as part of your photography job are dispatched. This is usually 10-14 working days after your last session (excluding proofing time if applicable).

For any requests after your photography job is completed, please contact your Account Manager with your requirements. They will be happy to assist with any relevant costs and coordinate with our Production team to make these available to download from our portal.

The link will include the following images (if taken):

  • Individual student portraits
  • All class group photos
  • Individual staff portraits
  • Staff group photo
  • Miscellaneous group photos. E.g. School captains, sports, choir etc.
  • School building photos.

The default size for individual portraits is 400×500 pixels. They are available in higher resolution – 1200×1800 pixels upon request. All images are exported as jpgs.

They are automatically matched by the Student ID number but can also be matched by:

  • Name and class
  • Name only
  • Class and Student ID

Urgent Digital Images

Should your school need the student portraits urgently, we can provide them once they have been colour-corrected, usually four days after the last photography session. However, please note that the digital images provided will not be cropped, as this allows us to supply your digital images urgently.

It’s important to note that these images do not represent the quality of the printed photos that parents or your school will ultimately receive.

Once the printed photos are delivered to your school, we will send you another email to let you know that the final set of digital images is ready to download via a new link.
