To ensure the utmost security of each student when using our parent ordering portal, we require their date of birth. Every student is provided with a personalised order flyer with a unique code that links them to our parent ordering portal. Occasionally, order flyers may be misplaced or lost, making the personalised code temporarily unavailable. To address this, we have implemented a “Student Search” function, allowing families to place orders without the code. However, to use this function to order, the student’s name, school, class, and date of birth must match the information we have received from you.
It is important to note that if the date of birth is not provided, we cannot verify the student’s identity. In such cases, the student will need to contact the school office to obtain their code from the list we emailed you.
