To ensure a seamless photography day experience, our photography team will call you a few days before the scheduled date to confirm some last-minute details. During this call, they will cover the following points:
- Arrival time: We will confirm the arrival time for our photography team to sign in and set up.
- Contact person, phone number, and parking: Confirm the name of the contact person who will meet our team, their contact number, and any relevant parking instructions or arrangements.
- Time of the first group: Confirm when the first group photo will be taken.
- Group location: Confirm their preferred location for group photographs and an alternative location in case of inclement weather.
- Chairs for the largest group: Check that chairs are available for the largest group’s photo session.
- Outstanding miscellaneous names: If outstanding miscellaneous names are received after photography day, the school contact will be required to name them post-photography.
- Running order: Confirm that the school has received and reviewed the running order, ensuring it is accurate.
- Student helpers: Check that we will have student leaders available to assist during the photography sessions.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC): Advise that all our staff members will have their WWCC cards on hand for presentation on the photography day.
