If a significant number of students are absent and an absentee day is required, your Account Manager will arrange for us to return as soon as possible. We can combine it with an existing miscellaneous, whole school group or graduation job, if you have one booked. We can’t always find an additional date in the same term as we are fully booked early in the year, so it may need to be the following term. 

When an absentee session is booked more than two weeks after the main photography day, we will print and deliver the orders placed for the main photography day to ensure families are not inconvenienced. Students photographed at an absentee session can order a school photo pack and have it delivered to their nominated address. 

Your school records can either be printed with the photos from the main photography day or held until the absentee photos have been taken and added to your school products. Any additional school products required due to the absentee day will be invoiced or taken off commission.

Holiday Catch-up Sessions
If a child is absent on photography day or fails to present for a portrait photo, they can come to our offices in Hallam during each school holiday period (excluding Christmas) to have their portrait taken. Parents can call our customer care team on 1300 766 055 to book. 

Groups

Based on our experience, we prefer not to retake group photos as some students present on the main photo day will likely be absent on the re-take day. Please discuss your situation with your Account Manager.
