On photography day, our photography team will arrive at your school approximately one hour prior to the first scheduled photo session. Upon arrival, our staff will meet with your designated school photography contact and complete any induction required.  They will address any last-minute details to ensure the day runs smoothly.

To ensure the safety of everyone involved, the photography area should have sufficient space. Ideally, a hall, gymnasium, or large multi-purpose area would be suitable. If your school does not have a single location large enough to accommodate all sessions, we will need to utilise multiple locations.
