We need some “runners” on photography day, and usually, school captains make fantastic candidates for this role. These runners play a crucial part in ensuring the day progresses smoothly. Their familiarity with the school layout and where to find classes and students make everything run like clockwork.
Our photographers work with the runners to coordinate the arrival of class groups precisely on time for their photos. Additionally, they help with any sibling groups that need to be photographed. The runners also serve as a valuable communication link, informing the school about any last-minute changes, such as if we’re running ahead or behind schedule.
If, for any reason, students are unavailable for this role, please make arrangements for staff to step in. This assistance makes a big difference in ensuring that photography day flows smoothly, allowing us to capture those precious moments efficiently. Your help is much appreciated!
