Plain or mag stripe ID Cards are also provided to eligible schools for their staff.
Staff cards are usually plain ID cards only used for ID purposes on a lanyard.
These cards can also be upgraded to MiFare (RFID) at a cost if required by the school.
Staff ID cards are printed for those staff with a photo taken. When staff are absent, the school has the option to request the use of an image from a prior year. A retrieval fee may apply.
ID cards can be printed without an image upon the school’s request for staff members. Please inform your Account Manager.
Alternatively, the school can provide an image for us to use. Please refer to our ID Card photography guidelines to ensure the images meet our requirements.
MIFARE cards cannot be printed without an accompanying image.
