The remittance advice will be emailed to the email address listed on the Recipient Created Tax Invoice Agreement and Payment Authority form. If this person has left the school or you need to update the information, please contact Rachel MacDonald at accounts@schoolpix.com.au
Who should receive the commission remittance advice?
When completing the form, please add the email address of the person who will be reconciling your bank account/payments as the contact on the Recipient Created Tax Invoice Agreement and Payment Authority form.
What if we need multiple staff to receive copies of the commission remittance advice?
Please add the second email address to the Recipient Created Tax Invoice Agreement and Payment Authority form, or contact accounts@schoolpix.com.au to request a second email address for remittance advice.
What if I have not received the commission remittance advice?
If you have not received your remittance advice, please contact Rachel MacDonald at accounts@schoolpix.com.au
What if I need a specific reference for our payment?
Please contact Rachel MacDonald at accounts@schoolpix.com.au, and we can arrange to include your reference in the payment as required (within the text limits of our accounting system).
