Each student will receive a personalised order flyer.
It is crucial that students receive the correct order flyer that includes their individual name and pre-printed personalised codes. These personalised order flyers are essential for maintaining privacy and security for each child. Even though orders can only be placed through our online Parent Portal, students still need to receive the order flyers as they contain their unique codes and instructions on placing their orders.

A list of personalised codes will be emailed once the order flyers have been delivered to your school. You can then reissue codes for a lost order flyer or to separated parents when appropriate.
If a family loses their order flyer, they can either:
• Use the “Student Search” function on our online Parent Portal.
• Ask for their code from the list we email the school.
It’s essential to issue the order flyers to families as soon as they are delivered to allow families sufficient time to review the products and place their orders before photography day. Doing so will help maximise the potential commission (if eligible) paid to your school, as the commission is paid on orders placed on or before photography day. Commission can be an important source of funding for various school-related activities, so it’s in your best interest to encourage families to place their orders early.
